BOOKING POLICY:
Appointments can be booked online through our website or in person at the clinic. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total treatment cost. You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time using the link in your booking confirmation email.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY:

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for each procedure.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. In that case, the deposit will be credited to your account and can be used toward any future treatment.
However, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your £50 deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our scheduling commitments.
