Endolift® is a revolutionary, minimally invasive laser treatment that tightens loose skin, lifts sagging jowls and reduces small pockets of fat — all without surgery, scars or significant downtime. At Geometry Clinic, Harley Street and Marlow, Dr Lana Vaitovich uses this advanced technology to help patients achieve a naturally refreshed, contoured appearance.
Using a hair-thin fibre optic wire, Endolift delivers 1470nm laser energy directly into the deeper layers of the skin. This triggers two powerful responses at once: it stimulates new collagen production for long-term firmness, and it gently emulsifies small fat deposits that cause heaviness and jowling. The result is a tighter, more defined face and neck — with no incisions, no stitches and a return to normal life within a day or two.

After local anaesthesia is applied for your comfort, a sterile, single-use micro-optical fibre (finer than a strand of hair) is gently inserted just beneath the skin. As the fibre moves through the treatment area, the 1470nm laser energy targets water and fat molecules in the tissue, producing two simultaneous effects:
The fibre is removed at the end of the session, leaving no foreign materials behind and only tiny, imperceptible entry points.

Endolift works at the subdermal level, targeting the superficial fat compartments and fibroseptal network responsible for lower-face heaviness, jowls and skin descent. The controlled 1470nm laser energy stimulates collagen contraction, fibroblast activity and long-term collagen remodelling, while also helping to reduce small pockets of localised fat in areas such as the jowls, double chin and lower face.

Endolift is highly versatile. At Geometry Clinic we most commonly use it to address:
Face & Neck
Body

Endolift is best suited for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity who want visible tightening and contour improvement without surgery.
At Geometry Clinic in Harley Street, London and Marlow, Endolift is commonly recommended for patients with jowls, lower-face heaviness, softening of the jawline, loose neck skin, double chin, under-eye bags, malar bags or early facial sagging.
It is particularly suitable for patients who are not ready for facelift surgery but want a more defined, lifted and refreshed appearance.

Endolift is not the right treatment for every patient. Patients with severe skin laxity, very heavy neck tissue, advanced facial descent or significant platysmal banding may achieve better results from surgical lifting procedures.
During consultation, Dr Lana Vaitovich will assess whether Endolift is likely to give a meaningful result or whether another treatment pathway would be more appropriate.

Your Endolift session at Geometry Clinic follows a clear, comfortable process:
Some tightening can be visible immediately due to collagen contraction and tissue response, but the most meaningful improvement develops gradually as collagen remodels and small pockets of fat reduce.
Weeks 1–2:
Mild swelling, tenderness, firmness or numbness can be present. Some early tightening may be visible.
Weeks 4–8:
The jawline and lower face begin to look more defined as swelling settles and collagen activity increases.
Months 3–6:
This is when the main Endolift result usually becomes more visible. Skin firmness, contour and lower-face definition continue to improve.
Years 1–3:
Results can last 2–3 years depending on age, skin quality, lifestyle, weight stability and maintenance treatments.

Both Endolift and Morpheus8 are popular non-surgical skin tightening treatments, but they work very differently. Morpheus8 uses microneedling and radiofrequency energy to improve skin texture, tone and mild laxity — working at the surface level of the dermis. Endolift goes deeper.
By delivering laser energy directly into the subdermal layer, Endolift targets the structural tissue where sagging actually begins — lifting jowls, tightening the neck and reducing fat in a way that surface-based treatments simply cannot replicate. The result is more significant, more lasting, and achieved in a single session rather than a course of treatments.
For patients with moderate skin laxity, jowling, double chin or loose neck skin, Endolift may deliver a more structural result than Morpheus8 because it works directly in the subdermal layer. Morpheus8 remains an excellent option for skin quality, acne scarring, pore refinement and fine lines — and the two treatments can be combined for a comprehensive result.

Dr Lana Vaitovich is one of the UK's most experienced Endolift practitioners, with a level of training that places Geometry Clinic among a very small group of elite providers in the country.
Dr Vaitovich has trained directly with Dr Mostafa Bayati (MD, PhD, FRCR) — the UK's foremost Endolift authority, Global Key Opinion Leader for Eufoton, and the practitioner who has trained the majority of Endolift clinicians across the United Kingdom. She has also trained internationally with Professor Roberto Ruffa of Turin, Italy — the world's leading expert in laser-assisted aesthetic surgery and the official international trainer for Endolift-X, with over 33 years of experience in laser medicine and surgery.
This combination of UK clinical training and advanced international mentorship gives Dr Vaitovich a rare depth of knowledge in patient selection, energy parameters, and the nuanced techniques that separate good results from exceptional ones.
To date, Dr Vaitovich has performed hundreds of Endolift treatments across the face and body, addressing concerns including jowls, neck laxity, double chin, malar bags, nasolabial folds and lower-face contouring. This volume of hands-on experience means she approaches even complex cases with confidence, tailoring every treatment to the patient's unique anatomy.
At Geometry Clinic — with locations on Harley Street, London and in Marlow — every Endolift treatment is performed personally by Dr Vaitovich, never delegated to a technician. You are always in expert hands.
Before and 7 months after Endolift for the cheeks

No. Local anaesthesia is applied before the procedure, so you feel minimal discomfort. Some patients notice mild tenderness, swelling or numbness for a few days afterwards — this is normal and settles quickly.
Results typically last 2–3 years. Collagen continues to improve for up to 6 months after treatment. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, avoiding smoking and using SPF daily all help to extend the effect.
Most patients need just one session. In more complex cases — particularly for eye bags or significant laxity — a second treatment may be recommended after 12 months for optimal results.
Downtime is minimal. Most patients return to work and social activities within 24–48 hours. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise for 48 hours and protecting the skin from direct sun exposure for at least two weeks.
Endolift works at a deeper level than surface-based treatments like HIFU or radiofrequency — delivering energy directly into the subdermal layer through a laser fibre. This makes it particularly effective for treating fat (jowls, double chin) as well as tightening, which surface-only treatments cannot achieve.
Yes. Endolift works well alongside Profhilo, polynucleotides or skin boosters to enhance hydration, and can complement dermal fillers where volume loss is also a concern. Dr Vaitovich will advise the best combination for your goals during your consultation.
